From the Death Certificates, William Allcorn was a House Builder. Mary Allcorn was born Mary Mercer.
Our current understanding is that they were both William and Mary died young, leaving Sarah (Katherine Sarah, but known as Sarah) an orphan. I don't know of any siblings - yet - but there might well have been some. Sarah didn't settle in the orphanage, and went to stay with her Gran - but we don't know which gran!
